We had a Van Halen Tribute band plat at our local golf course about a year ago….$45.00 played old VH and their guitar player actually played with David Lee Roth on one of his tours. About 200 people showed up but these guys played like they were in an arena…just a blast. Because of the cost or lack of original bands I am now a big fan of good cover bands
Always laugh when someone comments about tribute bands needing practice or not sounding the same. You mean they don't sound like polished professional musicians and a top guitarist of all time, you dont say.
Sounds great, good energy and for the $20 they probably charged it's a good few hours to relive some memories.

The guitar player looks like Steve Perry, the bass player looks like Sammy Hagar, the drummer like Keith Richards and the singer like Mickey Rourke. Spot on sound ❤
Guitar player Looks Gary Moore. Anyway, not everything is spot on on but the Sound and David Act is good. Keep VH a Live❤

2:53 Haha! That was awesome. A tribute to Dave during the professionally-recorded US Festival in 1983! Dave forgot the words a lot, but shows were rarely recorded back then, so we don't have much "proof" of this, except this one show.

Well dayum. This is amazing! Killer band. Killer tribute, and these guys just smoked this. Really, really good musicianship... and holy crap. I mean.... this is what we thought DLR was going to turn out to be like (yeah... he'd be older than this guy, but still). LOL I'd swear if you put me in a time machine 40 years ago and put me at "today" .... I would be like.... dayum. Dave looks and sounds great. Not like the real one. we had tickets for zztop in los angeles. last second cancellations for zztop and van halen took up the spot. the show was dLr. i'm not kidding you, either i was blasted halfway to the clouds, but david could jump off and back on at least 7ft tower speakers unaided.
