my theory is that minako killed gyaruko just because their friend group started liking gyaruko more, in the latest short that vivinos posted (the one after onigiri dance) you can see that the girls where giving gyaruko so much attention while leaving minako behind, minako got really jealous/mad and started acting like gyaruko at first (you can see it in the video gyaru talk) but then minako lost is and killed gyaruko, and tried to steal her place/personality but it didn't work and killed the others too because they stopped giving her attention and started giving it to gyaruko (sorry if I made any mistakes english is not my first language

She tried to live like usual,but Everytime she does,she gets the pictures of Gyaru everyday.Everytime she took a pic for her daily life,she will get illusions of Gyaru and her dog too,maybe there wasn't a hand in its mouth? So she got scared and slowly becoming insane,maybe she didn't kill the dog,she just neglect the dog.Her asking if meat will expire maybe really her genuinely asking if she left food for the dog for a long time and never replaced it.
