I don't mind checking Ancestry to see what we can add to the story of any of the stones you clean. It makes it more human not just a stone but someone's loved one. We are all working together to help you and Ronin out with your channel. As you always end your videos with..."Be Excellent to Eachother".

What a kind unselfish act you perform so that this little child is not forgotten. When you lifted her stone I could not believe how far down it had sunk. Another 100 years would have probably passed and nobody would have stopped by to fix her grave. I have the greatest respect for the time you spend on remembering the many people that have passed on by making them seen again.

What happened, is that due to the decomposition of grass and leaves over the years caused the soil to overcome the stone. Who knows how many other stones are there totally covered by the dirt. It is happening over in one of the cemeteries in Minneapolis, MN. As in the infant/child section of the Crystal Lake Cemetery. Including the stone that is over the grave of a brother of mine.

This was interesting to watch. Thank you for sharing. ❤
I often walk through our town cemetery. We have many graves from the 1900s, and some even dating back to the 1800s.
Not sure if there are any that are older as they are worn and hard to read.
I always talk to the people buried there when I walk through. I used to push my grandsons in their strollers when they were infants. I thought maybe some of the "residents" might enjoy seeing a baby again.
I don't honestly know if they ever come back to the cemetery to see their gravesite, but maybe if they can hear me they will look.
