I think when we talk about mistakes it is only in hindsight. When do we say after buying a stock that it is a mistake? One year two years three years…. After buying if stock you bought don’t go up or go down!! Very difficult to say…

Stock market investment is not for all. If my investments are not liked by the markets stocks won’t go up no matter what due diligence was made in buying stocks.
How does one decides what to buy? Are there any set parameters to look at? There are none. One need to be lucky or an operator to make money. Just do SIP without stopping in good MF.
In his presentation, he mentioned about his mistakes in selecting stocks. someone from the audience answered it and that was not audible, so can anyone help with those stock names.
