Hi sir ! Thanks for this video ! I have tried polyphasic and biphasic sleep thinking that i can divide 6 hour of sleeping in to 4.5 and 1.5 or some other combination. But i mostly i end up sleeping more. Can you make a video for biphasic sleep and how to use it for studies ?
It takes roughly 4/5 days to get used to a new sleeping pattern. Make sure that you sleep at the same time everyday or you'll not be able to wake up on time. And lastly, it might as well be possible that biphasic sleep doesn't work well for you as much as it did for me. Don't stress about it. Follow whichever sleeping pattern suits you the best

Sir.. I've lost my seriousness.. when my classes were on... I was very very serious.. But now I'm not serious which I should be. .. and this is affecting me a lott... Pls suggest me..
The same problem happened to me. Don't feel bad if you've lost seriousness. Lemme tell that it is sometimes a mind game. If you say your mind that you're no more serious about studies then you'll act in that manner only. So firstly take a one day break and find out why you've lost the seriousness. Once you get an answer try to find a solution for it. Like for example, you've lost seriousness coz of mobile, friends around you. Then in the case of mobile; have certain limits. N let me tell you this mobile will not give you that amount of pleasure as to the day of the result by seeing "PASS" or "PASS + RANK" So in this case choice is yours whether wanna play with your result or with your mobile. Definitely, you'll choose CA so stop doing timepass on mobile. In the case of friends; stop hanging around for a while or else tell them to meet or talk only at a specific time. In such a way, your time will be allocated properly. Stop getting entered into negative thoughts and demoralizing yourself with a mere regret of wastage of time. See now you've realized n try to make a better result by now and promise yourself that you won't make such mistakes again. Always find a way rather than constantly thinking why im getting such issues and all. Try to find a solution to problems. Stop getting too much stick to that problem this is what a principle of life.

Sir avi bilkul pressure nhi bnra hai pdhne ka coz it seems that it is not possible for the exams to be conducted noww.. Phle I used to study for 14 hours a day but now am unable to study even for 8 hrs a day
Back in my days, there were no virtual classes. I wanted to start from the first month itself but the firm didn't allow the same. So I started close to the end of first year of articleship. But since virtual classes are available of almost every other teacher, I would suggest that you start watching classes from first month itself
Sir, you used to biophosic sleep in examination day, I just ask because I managed it in before exam but I feel trouble it apply in exam day but I really want this sleep break in 2 time a day and it's ultimately amazing therapy

I personally used to sleep from 6PM to 9 PM and then from 5 AM to 8AM. You can try the same
