I have inserted the usb disc. I get a backslash just like how you showed on the screen. But i never get the please wait screen. instead i get a black window. I have updated java to the latest version also. not sure whats the problem

dont use google chrome or fire fox as it doesnt supports java plugins, instead use internet explorer with latest version of java..after you insert usb. run the setup ... open the token and install certificate..but dont eject usb...

Usb token is just like usb pendrive.. it stores only digital signatures in it.
