- We are off to Atlanta for our first ATL Black Pride. We started off our long weekend with soul food from the Black & LGBTQ+ owned, Virgil’s Gullah Kitchen. The next day we made it over to our friends, Alex & Ricky, who were our guides for the weekend. It was an amazing trip, filled with good vibes and people, especially all the Mazegang members we met! I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with the two fast food restaurants you visited, but I am glad you seemed to enjoy Virgil's, which I have yet to visit, but plan to do, thanks to your reminder. There is a hotel that my family and i stayed at a couple of times and the next year we came back. The same host was there when we returned and he was like, Welcome back, where is the rest of your crew? (My spouse and kids were in the car waiting for me to check in). When he saw my baby he was like, "OMG she's gotten so big!"
I'll stay with them everytime because of his customer service!

Glad you had a good time here in ATL. ..That Campcreek Chili's and especially Popeyes is notoriously slow with a side of attitude at times, but past a certain time of night they are the only thing open...Thanks for the Tesla review. Their price tag is a little too steep for my pockets but enjoyed learning more about them... Will check our Virgil's & Apt 4B and Alex (hilarious) & Ricky!
We most certainly did. Oh well now we know first hand lol. I swear if it wasn't for the Smoothie King we would have died haha. And then the service there was above par so it was really such a juxtaposition of experiences in the same area. Unfortunate though. Oh yeah, we definitely wouldn't be getting a Tesla anytime soon. That price as you say is way too steep lol. Oh yes, especially Apt 4B. Really really enjoyed that. And of course yes, check out our boys Alex and Ricky!

We saw that you know and Brian even said just looking at the big banner you know that food taste good haha! It looked like they were advertising either for staff or that it was going to be open soon though so we actually thought it was closed.
@@MeetTheMazelins oh ok they are actually building a new building before you make that turn to go to Popeyes, so I think they will be closing that current building when they finish the new building, but they were still open when I went there a few weekends ago. Thanks for response.

There were so many people there I'm sure it would have been hard to pick us out of the crowd. The people we met were probably able to pick us out because we were facing them when walking out in the opposite direction. But as you say, maybe next time!

Haha lucky for us we didn't really have issues with the navigation side of things. Just more the little functionality part of things that were different from the regular cars we're used to. Glad you lived to tell your tale though! lol.
