You can reduce decimal places to 0 here 0:46 to remove those zeroes after number.

You will have to remove formatting for that cell or edit the cell according to conditional formatting

@@TheAkshay sir I have a huge amount of stock market data and it's in green and red colored so before removing the color from that data I need to assign negative sign to red color and positive to green....

Select all cells by clicking at the top left corner then in home tab click on clear - clear formatting

@@TheAkshay , thanks but actually, the green and red numbers do not have negative and positive signs, so after clear formatting, it's not showing any sign. And it's time-consuming to assign(- and +) to a vast number of data.

Conditional formatting based on color is not possible, you'll have to use VBA
