Everyone i made a mistake and i am sorry for that I just solve this question as a purchase of machine in 1 April But correct is 1 July So 9 months dep for 1 year i.e. 6750 (9000*9/12) remaining 2,3 year complete year i.e. 9000

Sir I have a issue regarding this question If machinery was purchased in July 1 then why you have applied whole year depreciation that is 9000 If we assume that we are closing our accounts from calendar year(31 december) then the 1st year depreciation would be 9000*6/12 If we assume that we are closing our accounts from financial year (31 march ) then deprecation would be 9000*9/12 ??????????Please solve this issue
