Hopefully you're doing well!
Sir can you guide if a person is declared as proclaimed offender according to 87 crpc and that person have full record.... that the person haven't join investigation even once and even that person intimidated Nab court of dire consequences and all......how much minimum time is required to attach that person's property with it according to 88crpc. .... minimum time to attach his property? after declaration of 87crpc....
And what if the police won't attach his pictures anywhere .....what to do for that?
and how much punishment will he gets minimum.... case is of Forgery 420,468,471

When accused person declared proclaimed offender, then after 30 days his property can b attached. And punishment will be awarded to accused person which is provided for committed offence.
