Hi @miketkb3194! There are plenty of test prep companies and websites that have speculated that longer RC passages will not be used in the GRE Verbal Reasoning BUT there is no official announcement by ETS that longer passages have been completely eliminated. At the same time, we must also look at the length of the 2 new Verbal Reasoning question which is 12 and 15 questions for the 2 verbal sections respectively. Given that half the questions in any Verbal Section are RC questions, it is still possible to fit in a long passage with up to 6 questions. So do not ignore long RC passages and keep practising. All the best and stay tuned to the Study Unifees Channel.
sir we should stop preparing for long rc or not as it is removed from shorter gre? sir please give answer!
