This footage was taken 1 day after we discovered the previous hijacking that took place on the Nick Jr. programming block. It seems that this entity is hinting something that has to do with the strange murder case of Jenica Wakeman, who was killed 3 years before this event took place.

junior was a nicktoon given consciousness by Kirk, and was then killed afterwards
jenica was a high school sophomore that was killed by Kirk and her soul is now trapped inside his realm
Kirk was comparing Jenica's death to Junior's because he thought it was funny that they both died in a very painful way

In the nicktoons anomaly tape the description said that Jenica was killed by Kirk in the basement of her house. And the police found the Nicktoons tape that was could be related of Jenica’s murder. Also her name is Jenica Avery Wakeman, like Jenny Wakeman. So Jenica can be imprisoned in Jenny’s body.
