rock is the best on you tube for sure! Just regular dude just trying to make a living and seems very genuine!!plus that dude has great hair!!!so jelly of it as I'm balding and miss my great hair!!!
I seen you use the same snap ring pliers I use them to it makes taking snap ring off almost effortless and since I do have a 85 Husqvarna that is mostly put together with snap ring
Well that’s a true Honda for that job best in class in my words and plus getting small work done and also I’m planning on buying a new version of Honda foreman rubicon 520CC just cause of work
This is the one thing I hate most about hondas especially used ones. Every used Honda I've encountered always at minimum needed the wheel cylinders adjusted. Most of the used ones around me have no brakes.
I have a grave yard full of Rubicons that have bad transmissions. Maintenance is a huge key for the hondamatic. The earlier models were known to have more problems than the 05+
@@rockspowersports good to know! I bought those push pin pliers from harbor freight the other day. Absolute lifesaver and I prob wouldn’t never knew about them if it wasn’t for your videos haha thank you!
If they are really stuck I’ll usually weld a bolt or something inbetween the outside bearing race. The heat helps tremendously and this give you something to press or hammer on evenly.
@@rockspowersports I have 2003 handa 500 rubicon its hard to get started it will crank until the battery is dead but if it starts it runs like a top until you shut it off then it won't start again
I’m not sure if you saw my last video of this one but I had to use the primer on the bottom of the carburetor to start this before cleaning the fuel system. Have you tried to use the primer on your Honda?
So yea I seen that one and tried it but the same thing I rebuilt the cab that's on it and tried 2 Amazon cabs but the something I can't even get it to start on Starting fluid
I have plenty of spark And fuel When I bought this thing. The transmission wasn't working so I replaced the oil pump drive chain and timing change. But had this problem before I did that work

I appreciate that! haha
I have never seen snap ring pliers like that! Thats awesome! I will have to get a pair!! Great video!
They work great.
What kind are they?
These videos should be played in school! These videos are fun to watch, but teach a bunch! I live watching them! Jeep up the good work brother!
Thanks, I really appreciate that!
Love your content, keep up the good work
Thanks!
Great video as always. I just took my sportsman out of winter storage today. Put air in tires, greased it and did air filter.
Nice, it’s getting to be that time of year!
You made that look smooth and easy.
I usually say a lot of choice words and throw a wrench or 2 and swear next time I will hire it done
Best mod I ever did was put a disc brake conversion on my 02
Awesome video as always, I’d love to see a shop tour, love seeing people doing great work and not having a top of the line shop to do it in !
I seen you use the same snap ring pliers I use them to it makes taking snap ring off almost effortless and since I do have a 85 Husqvarna that is mostly put together with snap ring
They work great! Much better than the plier style ones.
Great videos. You must be pretty rural to be able to leave all that stuff out like that!
Thanks, glad you enjoy them.
And yes I do live in the middle of nowhere.
I've always wanted to open a small engine repair shop, atv/ and snowmobile
I have a 09 foreman 500 eps, best machine I ever owned
I had a 07 foreman 500 without the eps for a little while. It was a great dependable machine.
Another Great Job I like how you’re straight up and no short cuts that’s the way I am do it right the first time Arkansas Wavin
Great videós! Greetings from Hungary
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
Good informative video, keep it up
Starts way better than my foreman 450
Another great job. ☃️👍👍
Hi love the content
Thanks, glad to hear it!
Howdy duty from indiana love to when you upload

А што за работа ? Кататься ?
That claw hammer lol
Simple enough setup !! Not sure why Honda wouldn’t use disc brakes on them ??
It took Honda a while to switch over to disk brakes.
Love the content. Do you typically use all balls bearing kits? What about the wheel cylinders? What brand do you trust for those?
Those drum brake setups are lots and lots of labor- you make it look easy.
I do use All balls quite a bit, I actually use them for the wheel cylinder rebuild kits as well. These wheel cylinders were a cheaper set from Vito’s.
@@rockspowersports i have used all balls for years without issues. I wont trust anything for brake calipers/cylinders from amazon.
Haha your killing me i miss my Rubicon the ride is a back killer for me now
I really do like the Rubicon’s but there is much better riding trail machines for sure.
You have a old engine you can put on a stand and torture test? Would be awesome 👌
Unfortunately a good running spare engine is few and far between around here.
16in of snow here in Maine
Showing around 14” for here.
This is the one thing I hate most about hondas especially used ones. Every used Honda I've encountered always at minimum needed the wheel cylinders adjusted. Most of the used ones around me have no brakes.
For sure! They really need to be taken apart every couple of years and the adjusters should be cleaned and greased.
No alignment needed or possible?
Hope to see some CF Motos on here soon 😏
Should have a sxs coming soon. Just for a test drive/review.
What’s squeezing bc my rubicon does the same exact thing?
Should have done a dics brake conversion
I’ve always been scared of those Honda transmissions, are they fairly reliable?

Changing that frunt diff is a mother smoke cigs n drink beer before tackling that lol
If you have a race stuck just run an inch long bead on it with a MIG and let it cool, itll fall out.
If they are really stuck I’ll usually weld a bolt or something inbetween the outside bearing race. The heat helps tremendously and this give you something to press or hammer on evenly.
Why two wheel cylinders per side??
How do I get ahold of you and do you answer questions
What question do you have?
