Some of the items I saw I have but my favorite item I have is my pink sparkling storage bin I can't wait to put all my pens in them I have a lot of pens and some markers and some highlighters to put in it and I love to watch videos like this because I want to keep myself organized and my notebooks and my journals and my planners organized for 2023 so keep making amazing videos thank you ❤️💜💖💗💞💕
That's awesome! I can't wait to see what new items they come out with this year. Back to school time is when they have the most so I will be checking then!
Back to school is my favorite time to shop...I love stationary! I have all these items in my crafty space. It's always fun to to organize my stuff ans then can't find it! 🤪 or forget about it cause it's soooo organized!
You sound like Me..😁...hehe! Oh yes just like me!! Stationary got a hold😂🤣. I'm trying to figure out how to not waste my planners that are out of date now, never used. I'm up to 5 or six now 😩. Walmart clearance get off by back 😂🤣. ❤️❤️
for the magnetic cup holder, you could buy stronger magnets. That would help it stick to the Michael's cart better. I've had a similar experience with cheaper magnets not sticking to some metals and just adding stronger magnets (to the cart or the cup holder) changes the game.
This was a super practical video. I will definitely look for the cutting mat on my next trip to a dollar store. Along the line of freebies, I wanted to share my most recent hack. I Purchased something that had large clear plastic Packaging and part of it was very flat. with a little bit of scissor work and my Levenger heavy duty disc punch, I created a classic HP size top tab divider out of what looks like “glass plastic.“ I love it. I put it between the current monthly spread pages so I can see clearly both sides of the spread of the current month. ☺️ makes me so happy. This made me start looking at everything differently. I am collecting a few cheese boxes with clear lids and I plan to make covers for HP micro size covers and or dividers. that is a great size to carry in my purse for taking notes on the go. And then I can have tons of fun by changing the paper behind it as the mood strikes. While watching a little TV at night, I sometimes cut up “scratch paper“ in different sizes for my planners, Micro, Mini, classic, half size. sure, sometimes the edges are not exactly perfect but I’m a visual thinker and it’s just too expensive to use pre-printed paper for that sort of thing. we can literally make disk binders out of garbage, A scrap or two of attractive paper and a few disks. It’s a fun way to let kids get involved on a tight budget!
Wow you got a bunch of cute stuff. I definitely need to go to dollar tree I limit myself to once a month because if I don’t I will buy everything 🤦🏻♀️.
Wow, I also love index cards too! I bought the cutest filing cabinet for index cards last year. I store my kids sight words in them. I need that index cards with the tabs, so cute!
Great ideas! You can use clear museum gel (from Amazon) or clear sticky dots to hold multiple of the stacking drawers in place, and create a stable vertical tower of them. Thanks for letting us know there are containers that will hold HP pages - nice!
I got 8 of the stackable drawers and E6000 to glue them so they would not fall down. I glue from back to front on each little runner that helps them to stack. I use them to store little embellishments on my desk to help me remember what choices I have. I love your ideas. Hugs, treen 💕💕💕
Dunno how I didn't see this video when it was released as I've been subscribed for a while now, but that said, the little drawers you plan on using for disks, I would organize them by size, so mini disks, classic disks and expander disks, and 2 towers, one is all the metal disks, the other for all the plastic disks.
Hi Desiree... I purchased the plastic drawers that are stackable... I actually glued mine together so that I had one container with several drawers (just like the ones that you can get on Amazon) but I only paid $4 and not 26 something ;0) Michelle
Good morning. A lot of those containers that latch, you could put on a shelf book-style and probably get a lot more on a shelf rather than stacking. Krylon makes a spray paint for plastic. Spray from the recommended distance to prevent runs. Since it's plastic, more prone to run if you try to rush it. Those bins might be nice for my dies. Hmmm. Will have to take one of my die pockets with me when I go shopping. Thanks for sharing! Happy Planning!
the storage boxes for organizing spreads with the sticker books is genius! and not getting the bigger bin because it was up too high and didn't want to ask someone is just too relatable 😂
I never thought to use those little containers you can dry marker write on for stickers, I actually have them in my freezer so I know where I have chicken, vegetables, fruit, etc. I use one of the large ones to hold food that needs to be eaten ASAP because it’s been in the freezer too long. Think I’m going back so I can get some for my sticker books
I have a couple of those clear stamp sets and they're actually quite good. I also bought a couple of those metal pencil tins for my eye and lip pencils.
Thank you for telling us about the magnetic locker holder and it not working for michaels carts because I have that one and have found it’s an absolute pain to try to stick things to and when I saw that pencil pouch I wanted to buy it! Thank you for preventing me wasting my money as I only have michaels carts, you’re appreciated! ❤️
This video was super helpful for me. I saw some of these items the other day and was like meh what will I do with them? But I also was thinking about a few things I wanted to organize and I think your video gave me some solutions. Thanks 😘
I bought 10 clear two years ago and organized my stickers. Then I went back and bought 6 more. 3 pink and three mint green. I got them back when they were $1.00
Hi 👋🏽, my first thought with the index cards was it would be great for “ washi swatches “. Definitely visiting my Dollar Tree soon. Thanks for sharing. ❤️
I'm actually really cheap when it comes to ink. I usually get mine from Michaels and they have all seemed to work well for me. But I usually get black ink which seems to be really good with any brand I have purchased from
The Dollar Tree's in the US are soooo much better than in Canada. We don't get nearly the same stuff.. which sucks! I love the tub that works for the larger sticker books. How many books will it hold? Did you try that out?
Whenever you buy a discbound planner or notebook it comes with discs. I usually end up using my metal ones because I prefer them over the plastic..this is one of the reasons I have a lot of discs that are not being used at the moment.
@@Happy2planwithDesiree you should definitely raffle giveaways or donate them if you get alot each year or from happy planner sponsering. Maybe have it for patreons. Well thats of you have repeats or dont use want them.
Price point is just a price that the item costs. Sorry I worked in retail so it was just something we use to say. You can have a similar item like for instance a toaster at around a $10 price point but then have some at $25 or $50. but it's just a way to say a price.
Those sticker sheet/planner sheet boxes-what if one was labeled “this month” and one was labeled “next month” and I put my monthly kit/sticker sheets and weekly kits/sticker sheets? Hmmmm. Great video, you found some good stuff!

Very true! thanks for the tip!
That index card thingy would be cute to swatch washi. Nice haul.
I have the cutting mat. Got it a few years ago and love it. Love good dollar tree finds.
Such a great find! It’s really good quality for one a dollar🤯
Would die cuts fit in the small container you had discs in
