It just so happens that I started running not so long ago but I didn’t have a particular “why” on mind. Watching this video I realized that I really don’t have one why, but several. I’ve noticed that whenever I run, I feel less stressed and for a few minutes my problems disappear. I also like running for the health benefits and for having a time for myself and going outside (also bc I get embarrassed when I get out of breath shopping 😂) It sometimes gets a little bit hard to make a habit out of running but pinpointing the why I like to run is helpful to keep myself motivated, so thank you and I’ll be watching this series for motivación :)
