the third girls outfit was literally only $500, it was one tiny little ring that added $3000 for literallly no reason
which she probably didn't even buy because she designed it herself... the cost shouldn't count if you wear pieces that you designed - you could inflate it to anything you want..

The one thing these videos never seem to tell you is that a lot of this stuff is probably gifted! So many of these girls are influencers/bloggers/social media people etc. Wouldn't be surprised if half the stuff they are wearing they didn't pay for.

So true. I bought 2 pair of white Aldo platform sneakers and even though I'm careful, they get dirty. NYC is filthy. Plus, you can scuff and scratch them easily. I thought I was spending a lot on Calvin Klein shoes but this is ridiculous. I do spend money on watches though because they actually can last a lifetime. A grand for sneakers is ridic.
But she really isn’t going anywhere just to Starbucks and to walk her dog.. you think she takes the train and walks block after block to work and back everyday ? She probably does her blog work from home and only goes out to the coffee shop and barely anywhere .
The second outfit was beautiful, without the vest. It clashed with the rest of the look.

Shes the one that i love the most, maybe because of the layering and i love layering my outfits, and she does look 4000usd. Not like the first girl, the dress's material look so cheap, yes it is cheap, but we can get better dress with that price

I think it’s good to invest in quality jewelry. Good pieces that will not rust, fade or leave your skin irritated. And jewelry is just so perfect for being staple pieces.

COS is a sister brand of H&M which is known for fast fashion. The quality is better, but not worth the price. It’s marketed as minimalistic which most people assume that it’s sustainable. However, it’s still another fast fashion brand made in 3rd world countries 😒
It’s always the shoe and bag that makes it expensive. Sometimes the jewelry too

I would buy basic white sneaker and use that extra to buy a proper Gucci bag, nothing wrong with thrifting, but not a beat up dirty designer bag. Haute couture stands for exquisite design/ fabric or both, but a basic white wide pants don’t justify the price tag nor a basic white hat. Could have use those $ on some special pieces.

Omg bless, one of the girls said her earrings were from Tess+Tricia which I had never heard of before, but after googling them and taking a peak at the website, THEY HAVE SUCH GORGEOUS STUFF. A little pricy, like necklaces for $100-125 and earrings for $55-65 but still, so pretty.

This was the best video of this series in my opinion! I enjoyed each of the outfits and it didn't feel messy like some other looks showed in the previous videos. Also, each of the girls looked great in their outfits ! Loved this video ! :)
I love Katy's outfit. Definitely a look I would wear. But obviously affordable versions of everything she has on. Those sandals are comfortable because they're a LOW BLOCK heel. A lot my my open sandals have a heel like that and I wear them every season hot or cold. Stylish and easy to walk in. Higher inclines are uncomfortable and thinner heels are not stable for the heel of my foot to feel supported all day.
There’s most definitely a way a person can still have style and their look is less than $100. Can we see those people please cause those people to me are icons. & also shows that you don’t need a lot of money to look stylish. Plus I think having a small budget for clothes allows a person to find their style and be more creative.

It could be that the leather is sustainable due to it being biodegradable while synthetic leather is typically made up of plastic material and more difficult to break down in soil.
However, I do get your point. It is debatable whether or not we consider real or fake leather to be more sustainable from one another.
