Reducing gas, oil and electricity as much as possible would allow for stockpiles to be build up, all states of Europe should cut fat where possible pausing all non essential industry until a transition period is done. It will harm all economies, a lot of people will go through hard times but the fuel is running out and the sooner we start rationing to longer we can last.

Europeans should understand that Russia needs to be paid in rubles because R is kicked out of the SWIFT. If Europe wants to punish R, they should all stop buying everything from Russia. One cannot choose to pay in Euros instead! Be real! The truth is Europe needs Russia. This panel is unrealistic and not helpful at all. Understand the crux of problem and solve the real issues. It could have have been avoided indeed, had the Ukrainians not agreed to fight NATO's proxy war against Russia. For 8 years Russia has been very clear with its position vis a vis Ukraine becoming a NATO base. The writing was on the wall. Whether we like it or not, Russia is a strong, nuclear armed country and, like the US, it will defend what it perceives to be its interests. Let's not forget that the US was ready to go to war with Russia during the Cuban missile crises. Cuba too, like Ukraine, is a sovereign country, and yet it was not allowed to have a Russian military presence on its territory.

Stop speaking about the need for gas only in context to energy. It’s part of chemical industry, technical gases which are needed for chemical and Pharma industry…Here You have critical industry, not in the sense of money. Some companies also use the gas directly in systems that work only with gas, not with electricity. Even Ukraine didn’t stop the gas after 2014… Hungary…they made same problems with minorities with Romania, Serbia etc. Same shit like Putin, first give passports to them, then use them to win elections and put pressure on neighbors.

To date, the amount of artillery sent is just a small fraction of what is needed, and rocket artillery has not been sent yet, nor anti-aircraft/cruise missile/ ballistic missile/drone equipment in any real numbers. Hell, Germany has yet to deliver just ONE Gepherd, and I would not be surprised if Germany backed off that since they have been dragging their feet on every damn thing that they could do. The Ukraine should remain a neutral buffer state, and should not be enticed into NATO or into the EU. Nor should Ukraine be aligned with Russia of course. The Ukraine should trade with the whole world on its own terms - outside the EU - attract foreign investment and fight its own endemic corruption levels.

Ukraine cannot join NATO because of Territorial Dispute. Ukraine has a long way to join EU , because of it form of government, Corruption,Economic difference and poor economy. Donbass is soon falling in Russian hands. Cities being shelled down are in Ukraine and the highest number of People dying are Ukrainian.
Soo Ukraine went to war to gain nothing ? Zelensky took a Country to a useless war!

It's like saying "South Africa doesn't belong to Africa". C'mon Ukraine is in the continent of Europe so it's a common sense that it belongs to Europe BUT may not belong to EU and NATO. Pretty simple stuff really.... 🤷🏻

Since the second half of April, the Russian army has concentrated on several objectives:
Expanding its foothold around Izium and cutting off Slaviansk
Conducting an offensive from Kupiansk along the Oskol Reservoir to Sviatogorsk and Liman
    Liberating the Rubezhnoye-Severodonetsk-Lisichansk area
Breaking through the fortified defense formations in the Popasnaya area to enter the operational theater
Breaking through the fortified defense formations in the area of Avdeevka and its surroundings
    Establishing control over Mariupol
By the end of May, most of these tasks had been completed. The Ukrainian army put up the greatest resistance in the area around Izium, thanks to which the front has been kept at a distance of 20 kilometers from Slavyansk. However, this was achieved by concentrating most of its reserves between Izium and Slavyansk, which made it impossible to deploy them in other areas.

Except the Eastern Europeans, they're doing their bit. France seems to be talking about concessions (no surprise) and Germany is a disappointment with NONE of their weapons that they've promised being delivered since the start of the war and Italy also flirting with concessions and Victor Orban in Hungary being a tiny Putin in the making and lets not forget Erdoğan in Turkey diligently doing nothing useful just because Sweden and Finland think Kurds shouldn't be oppressed just for who they are.

    Greediness is taking over
    while people is dying.
We are by far too many in this world
    to live from its recources
but this is not the way to go
to keep on killing children, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters,
but to behave in a matter kind of way
to let the good go its way.
What if tenperature made all life die
    in sea and on land?
Well, at least we did make our choice forehand.
