I love the house and the architecture just not the themed bedrooms. I like them if it was an air bnd but for an everyday home it doesn’t fit right. I know growing up I always changed my room, so if a kid got one and decided they wanted it to be different it would be a lot of work.
This felt like an extremely impersonal space. I can’t imagine anyone actually living here. It feels like a party house. I had a migraine by the time this video tour ended.
If there´s one house in the world that needs brand new staging it is this one.. what an ugly/specific indoor finishing.. to find a buyer at 4mil that is okey with this is like literally searching for a needle from a haystack. The whole house has to be rebuilt from the indoor lol.
I love the house... but I would change the Money Room and the Space/Unicorn Room, they’re too dark and eerie for my taste. Otherwise the house is great.
This is a great walk through, you guys do a awesome job. I love my Midwest four seasons living however you have me thinking about SD with each video. I notice she was pregnant, I want to send you autograph copies of my children’s books. You can pass on the ones that deals with having a new child. all of those bedrooms need to be redone. waaaay to specific of a buyer for that. its probably going to go way under asking considering whoever buys will have to do a lot of remodeling....
I think so the people we see vedios may not goona get these house cuz this needs alot of hardwork and consistency tell me i can get this kinda of a house one day bless me 😇
Clearly you don’t know about quality! All the finishes in that house including the floor tiles through out are of Italia 🇮🇹 porcelain. Literally the whole house inscribed din the most expensive finish there is. TILE!

It’s a nice house but a lot of the rooms are just tacky. Even the kitchen looks like an insane asylum.
