Vlad, I have the NL 102PLUS, it is just a code reader, with the ability to force a regen. If you have Cummins, you will need 'Inline 7 datalink with Insite software'. If you have PACCAR MX13 you will need the Davie (or Davey, I forget which). Detroit has their own brand as well, and a laptop to run the software. They have not made it easy. Hi Vlad, I got the same truck as you but a manual transmission. You need an OTR Reset Toll for clear codes and forced regen.
