I think the idea about being able to filter quests based on regions you have/plan to unlock is a good shout- it'd help a lot with planning out your region unlock route based on what activities or items you want for endgame. Glad you're having fun, Leagues is one of my favourite parts of OSRS!
glad you're having fun, leagues is a crazy addicting game mode and the fact that it only happens once a year for a couple months is exciting because everyone crowds online to do it all at once, it's like a new MMO launch once a year
Honestly van say this is one of the better channels to follow! The voice, the format and the way its shows it is amazing! Love the format before this but still like the way it was made!
Although it's not your usual content, I wouldn't mind more first time videos like this for Leagues. Especially since you're not going into it with someone else's Day One guide glued to a second monitor.
That's exactly right -- could be some great inbetween content and I think guideless gameplay can often be a lot more fun to watch for someone much more experienced.
man just started watching your content today after seeing that i quit wow video and man already a fresh video and on leagues hell ya man cant wait to see more content from u in the future bro and i hope u keep uploading your footage from leagues its hella cool to see. also putting this now that i saw u have dodgy like me if u go to fossil island which all players have access due to having digsite u can go there to dive into the sea where u can do both agility and theiving getting massive exp per hour faster then most normal methods like agility courses.
Thank you for your support! Glad to hear you enjoyed this video -- and yes, I figured out the fossil island method totally by random (which should be either included in the next video or the one after)! It made for a pretty goofy experience :P
Excellent League video Mr. Wise. but you should listen to your GIM partner more! Not believing him about X marks the spot? He must have been devastated!
It's wild how, 20 years ago, runescape was looked down on by a lot of people in favor of wow, and now, former wow players see how great runescape truly is
Can’t get into leagues man. Just haven’t been able to sink into it. Just has soooo much content I wanna do on the main game that I feel conflicted to learn and go through the process of leagues every single time. I’m glad lots of people like it though, it’s a great game I want everyone to experience.
Came after the big analysis video blew up. It'll be interesting to see what your thoughts are on Leagues after experiencing one. By the way, which plug-in are you using to show the time until next hit under your hp bar? Cheers.
For what you said around 8 Minutes in not knowing what areas you need. When you open right click the quest and click Wiki guide, it shows which areas you need unlocked to complete the content
Having a blast in RS3 Ironman, however I just can't seem to try OSRS. It just has too many missing things for me maybe or there's no journey, everything is "do this, get this meta item" if you don't you can't be considered good.
So far, I think last year's League (Trailblazer Reloaded) is far and away the best one, but this one is still pretty good. It's fun playing a broken version of the game with a totally different progression mindset, and making the base game's progression into something totally broken and easy to breeze through. It's genius game design, really.
Regarding your critique of quests in leagues - fundamentally leagues is not for brand-new players of the game, it is for those with at least some experience in the main game. That being said, filtering the quests is probably a good QOL improvement that has no clear drawback.
You're right, it isn't for brand new players -- however, it's hard to deny that new players don't check out OSRS during leagues considering just how booming the game is, which is why I offered a quick solution. Can't stop new players from trying stuff out in this case, and if so, then may as well get them addicted, haha.
None of my friends play leagues, or even osrs for that matter. Watching you do GIM content and even solo content like leagues together with your friends makes me feel included in a way. Love the videos, keep them coming!
Leagues wipes your char progress after it's over, however, you can earn leagues-specific cosmetics to override items in the main game to showcase your achievements :)
Hey man. Old school player here. We don't want your fancy new age quest sorting and would rather rely on game knowledge, trial and error, and if absolutely necessary a little research.
You keep showing clips from your group ironman adventures, seems like you recorded most if not all of it, im really really really interested in watching the full vods of your first time playing through the game like that with your vods, any chance you will upload the vods somewhere? New players trying runescape and getting as far as you did is just so insanely rare, im sure the series would pop off.
I wish I started recording a lot earlier than I did -- one of my bigger regrets to be sure. I have highlights starting around the time I learned CoX but sadly nothing TOO much earlier as I had no plans for creating a channel.
title be like "i quit cigarettes and now im addicted to crack"
Lmao 😅
smoking crack is way more fun than smoking cigarettes 💯
And boy is it good
Boy if this isn't the truest comment I've read all year.
Once you try it there is no coming back
absolute banger vids man! keep them coming and welcome to the community
Thanks for the love and support! More to come very soon!

Nice to hear my idea being supported. Thanks for your support in general as well!
Watching your vids and seeing how well they're put together is making we want to pick OSRS back up again! Another awesome video bro!
Thanks so much!
Do more uploads I really enjoyed this. Nice to see new ish osrs players
More coming a lot sooner than you may think!

That is certainly what it feels like -- fresh start/new MMO vibes.
Would love more content like this. So nice to see leagues experienced from a different angle
More to come, thanks for the support :D

Good to hear! I'm glad I can provide some entertainment between the analysis.
Stoked for this! My first time playing leagues was some of the most fun I've had in game.
Stoked that you're stoked!

Stick around! Way more to come.
Man your content is good quality
Thank you so much! More to come.

I'll consider it (I won't).
More of this please
More to come!

Good to see Dark Wizards are still kicking ass.

Thanks for your support! The plugin is Attack Timer Metronome.
being a "good" player and dying to early quests is the best shit.
750 HMT to my name but 3 tried for "haunted mine"
So true
What an outro what a song 😆 whats the song called in the outro?
OSRS -- Reggae!

can someone tell me how to get the health and prayer bars by the inventory

Also interested in hearing what you'll think about the normal mode after playing Leagues for its duration
Haha, I'm both dreading and excited for that.
What plugin is the attack speed bar below your HP?
Attack Timer Metronome
love osrs but ngl im really enjoying mop waiting room rn
None of my friends play leagues, or even osrs for that matter. Watching you do GIM content and even solo content like leagues together with your friends makes me feel included in a way. Love the videos, keep them coming!
Glad to hear I can provide that! More to come soon.
> NEW VIDEO! Hype!
> It's leagues
Oh....sad
I still barely scratched the surface of RS let alone me understanding this mode lmao
you made the right choice
reloaded friendly forager is god tier, definitely glad I did that
Definitely! Such an amazing combo.
hell yeah
Can I earn things for regular mode too or just for leagues?
Leagues wipes your char progress after it's over, however, you can earn leagues-specific cosmetics to override items in the main game to showcase your achievements :)
Wish i wasn't deep into my ironman grind... I want the rewards lol
Yeah. It's gonna suck playing regular OSRS when this crazy rush of Leagues event is over.
I think I'm burnt out or something because I haven't bee having as much fun lately with Leagues or the main game
Man check out turtle wow you will call home for ever 🐢🐢🗡️🆒
this is like watching those videos of puppies experiencing snow for the first time
LOL -- More to come.
There's a balding man right next to me 😂
Ayy
I quit ark to play this
harpoon gang
Poon Gang
no guides on leagues lol everyone busy playing.
I dont understand half the words you say
clean ya ears
@John-yp2ho iT wAs a JOke
@@rfbftp123 sorry
unfortunately for you this game mode ends and all your progress gone.
That's not unfortunate, I totally get that.
@@TheoryWiseOS your not going to like osrs lol its crap
Hey man. Old school player here. We don't want your fancy new age quest sorting and would rather rely on game knowledge, trial and error, and if absolutely necessary a little research.
I totally get that, but most OSRS players are using guides on external websites like the wiki, not just trial and error.
@@TheoryWiseOS their loss
