"but here me out" is probably my favorite thing to hear while you are playing. Love it when it all comes together.

Don't know why, but i let ChatGPT write a poem about bofur winning three fight with 3 lil pigs... isn't that bad^^
In the battlegrounds of Hearthstone, bold and bright,
Bofor took up arms, ready for the fight.
With strategy keen and a deck full of tricks,
He set his sights on the 3 Lil Pigs.
Three little pigs, so cunning and sly,
In the hands of Bofor, they aimed high.
From the very first round, they stood their ground,
Defying the odds, never backing down.
The first game began, and Bofor did scheme,
With the 3 Lil Pigs, he built his dream.
Round after round, they grew in might,
Under his command, they won every fight.
With a grin on his face, Bofor pressed on,
Knowing the battle had just begun.
The second game came, fierce and intense,
But the 3 Lil Pigs showed their defense.
Against dragons and demons, murlocs and mechs,
Bofor’s pigs left the board in wrecks.
Victory again, he stood proud and tall,
For the 3 Lil Pigs had answered the call.
The third game approached, tension was high,
Could Bofor make it a triple, or would he say goodbye?
With focus and skill, he played each turn,
And the 3 Lil Pigs did not let him burn.
From humble beginnings to a triumphant end,
The 3 Lil Pigs became Bofor’s best friend.
Three games, three wins, a legendary feat,
In the world of Hearthstone, none could compete.
So here’s to Bofor and his trio so grand,
The 3 Lil Pigs, the best in the land.
With hearts full of pride and eyes full of gleam,
Bofor and his pigs lived the ultimate dream.

Out of curiosity, why do you sell Sanders when there's the trigger battlecry spell ? I thought you'd keep it for some turns

super low upside. health matters way more. A random minion golded on your board isn't nearly as good as deathscale/murkeye upsides in these scenarios. When u miss on those you're way more likely to hit the next turn. You're unlikely to even see 1 spell, let alone 2-3 needed to be impactful.

why even try if you cant even get 21 pigs?
side note: the 3 lil pigs might be cute but their parents are not as they have branded then tattooed said brand on their children...that is just terrible parenting. Scarification on babies is not ok...the teal colored thing on the shoulder looks "puffy" so it is a colored burn or cut scars. Just say no....

There is no way that Baron wasn't the play. You would double the scaling of the little pigs. Sure, one less minion gets stats, but double on like 3-5 other minions way more than makes up for it.

It would've been eaten alive by the scam board. Minion count is also really good against high attack divine shields. It's also less scaling. From the moment Baron was suggested he wouldn't have been enough for any of the last two opponents

The first thing to note, which may be a disconnect here is that gems deathrattled from the Three Lil' Pigs are temporary (in combat), while gems at end-of-turn are permanent.
So it's interesting to see so many people so confident on baron here. Def has value if you're thinking this turn specifically is a spike you need, but you lose value each turn it's on the board.
Any use of Baron makes next turns starting stats worse and spends gold doing it. And after 2-3 turns you're not even making up the stats in combat that you lost going away from Drakkari+ Banner. Plus Baron is a dead card on board. So you're losing pigs1 + (Probably pigs2) on value trades, then having a 1/7 late. Sure 4 minions might be able to carry since they are a bit bigger, but you lose to nearly all high MMR players with a few turns to counterplay.
It's not like we really wanted Drakkari either, but it filled a spot and gave permanent value, then was sold off. Get Charlie or pivot to a 2nd end-of-turn and maybe it'd stay. It's just a cheap hedge and gives lasting value for a sec.
edit: If you really want to poke a hole in the gameplay, the mistake in this game was golding bannerboar instead of Roogug with eyes. The upside is so small up front that it's outweighed almost immediately the next turn.
