In Europe ,you don't have to pay for joining academy, its totally free there , the academies and clubs invest in the player.

Yamal was 15 when he first played for the first team that`s unheard of, and even now he`s only 16 he has a bright future .In Football we have academies , so the players play since they are toddlers to their late teenage years for the same academy mostly ,and if they are good they get promoted to the first team , Barcelona has by far the best academy in the world and they even offer education in their academy so the players live in the academy and do everything there, we had the best team ever Barcelona 2009-2011 who had like 70 percent of its players from the academy and cost basically nothing Like Messi , Iniesta , Xavi...I know the system in the US is way different with the draft and all that, which in my opinion is one of the main reasons the MLS is still an average league ,because they are adopting the same model as the NFL and the NBA which doesn`t work for Football , you have to nurture the talent since young age and you can`t give a teenager millions and he hasn`t played one minute in the pros, that`s ridiculous to me ,and the other reason is the divisions you don`t have second or third divisions at least, so teams have nothing to lose being last , they even lose games deliberately and be last, in order to get high draft picks and that makes the leagues less competitive and unwatchable .

This is typically how academies work:
Usually, every professional team, in most countries, has an academy. This can be a low tier academy where they just have teams for different age groups and the teams compete in their respective age group's leagues. Or, this can be a full academy where the players live together, go to school together, they basically live football.
A kid starts playing football, usually at their local grassroots team. This, in a lot of places, is paid. Parents pay for the kid to train and play. If the kid is very good, someone from a bigger club's academy will notice them and try to bring them in. When a kid joins an academy, they join a team corresponding to their age group. This is usually under 10s, under 13s, under 17s and under 23s which is basically the B-tier team of the actual club. As the kids progress, the ones that are good propel through the age groups while the ones not good enough are let go. Finally, if a player is really good, they get offered a professional contract, regardless of how old they are. If they are under 18 the parents will sign the contract and receive the salary to their bank account. Once the player turns 18 the contract is changed to include their name.

Football is free in Europe they don’t have to pay anything. And kids who play for these top teams have private tuition. These talents who play for top teams are already making good money and supporting their family. You see young kids making 20k per month.

Every football club have their own academy with players on each age group like under-10, under-13, under-15, under-17, under-19 and some have under-21
You don't pay to play for an academy, the club pay for everything and make sure that you have a school and stuff.
before the academy you normally u just play for your local team were your parents probably pay for you to play, until you get hopefully gets scouted by a prof club and join their academy.
When you let's say turn 18 you may not be good enough to play for the first team but go somewhere else and make it as a professional, it's still seen as a success for the academy who let you go, because they managed to produce a player who became pro.

Academies are free. You just gotta go for trials and get picked to be part of the academy and it's very intense because a lot of kids get cut, and they do get an allowance. Once they get bumped up to the first team I think they can only sign a professional contract at 18, but not a lot of kids especially for big clubs make it into the first team. The chances of making it into the Premier League is like 1%. You either go on loan and hope you can impress enough to make your official team or you get sold to another club, but this is usually for the older kids (20-22 years old)

Tbh yes you get money at 16 and after, but age is a big factor when it comes to salary, most wonderkids/talented young player who are not a goat in the becoming get barely something, they couldn't afford anything by themselves, even player in their early 20's are usually not payed half the salary of a player of the same level at 30

nah bro. the messi's and ronaldo's type of players don't pay nothing to the clubs. their education, residence, gear etc.. is all taken care of by the club. they even get paid at a young age because if not they can go to other clubs willing to crack the bank for them.
