Hi, Im a veteran pilot and never understud why you need to disconnect the glider from the harness, the only situation I think when you need to pack small for travel, repair something or be wet for some reason (snow, rain, etc) You can explain why? From my point of view is much risky and more chances of mistake and loose a little bit of time too on the take off. Thanks, good video.
Heah Andres and thanks for the great question, well I personally do stay connected for my set up but when running a school we have all sizes of student so never the same harness connected to the same glider.🪂

OK video up to the solo pack in no wind, not real life.
Sometimes when I've bottom landed, it'll be nil wind down there.
