In a catalog item i have 5 Questionaries, after development that was moved to production,now i need to change 2 questions in 5 and add 3 more questions.now it will become total 8.if i add Wether it will add or not.If add ,what i should do to not added?

You can simply add your questionaries right

Also instead of querying all records from table we could use gr.get(sysid) to get record directly. Saves lot of lookup performance.
