Chef Firestone really brought the fire with this special! Australian AA9 Wagyu Tomahawk steak, arguably the best meat you can buy. He started this steak on the Big Green Egg to slowly bring it up to 100 degrees and then switched it over to ANOTHER Big Green Egg to sear them off and baste them with melted butter and truffle oil using a bouquet of fresh rosemary and thyme!
The wagyu tomahawk steaks were paired with grilled asparagus and truffle, goat cheese polenta!
