No doubt it is delicious but you made them too thin worrying they might not cook properly.. no worries, dear.. chicken cooks fast abd frying oil is hot as hell so rest assured and make them a bit thicker for succulent luscious breaded chicken fritters. Besides.. you could flavor that breadcrumbs since the chicken mixture had only eggs and salt in it. I recommend garlic and onion powders for the breadcrumbs coating. Delicious with oven-baked seasoned potato wedges. Try seasoning the wedges with olive oil, paprika, salt, oregano, garlic powder and ground dry parmesan cheese along with a sprinkle of breadcrumbs to add crunch. 🙂
