What about all the choppy trades to the left of the first buy you showed? On the way up from the first buy signal the PSAR triggered A REVERSE. Why was there no short trade and a loss at that juncture? Shouldn't cherry-pick trades. People using adex to keep you out of choppy markers. Else, this strategy would crush your account.
It's always great to hear from people who live life on the negative side of things. As mentioned in the video, there are market times not suitable for any trade because of choppy markets. That said, you should first go test it, and see what results you get, even in a choppy market. When I tested, I still found PIPS, even if scalping 5, etc. Nothing in trading is 100%, if you have traded for awhile, you should know that. Dear Professor, it looks nice but it will not work on nontrending market. Any idea how to recognize is signal trending or chopping? I underdtand that 30min before London session, but how long? Three hours like preUS?
I have a question: for 10 ticks that an extremely huge loss limit. Why so much risk for such little reward? If it works most of the time why not set risk to the low of previous candle?
@@TheProfessorTrades So trying your strategy, my stop loss would have been like -$760!! So I set it much lower and set my take profit at $120 because everything else lined up and we hit it barely. So clearly it works and setting take profit is important because it may just wick, but I'm still scared with that much risk.

Im paring this with your 20 and 9 ema strategy along with sar strategy find my entry on 1 min and using 3 to 5min to trade on. I been learning futures for 3 months now. Reason why is I have always enjoyed paper trading and just recently my older brother, his hip basically gave out on him.. I figured hey I will give it a go to help him out and hopefully learn something to teach him so maybe he can make a change from his old job which is a industrial electrician. Best big brother ever, he has 3 kids so why not help him transition after hip surgery. Doctor does not think he can ever go back, hes been doing it 27 years. Kind of hard to just switch carriers. Once I start making some money I'm joining your group. You teach the best so far from others I watch and motivate me in knowing I can do this. why not pay it forward to you for the free training and wisdom you give.

Thnak you. Yes, nothing really works in consolidation. For a real move, the higher time frames provide that like the 1H or higher.

Great question. You can. Depending on the time frame you increase or decrease your risk AND your ticks for a gain.

yes, as always, add the indicators and backtest it so you can build your confidence.
