- Stage 5 of Major League Fishing brings us to Smith Lake, which is know for being an epic spotted bass fishery. A tie-breaker determines if I make the knockout round and get paid $6000, or go back to the RV empty handed. This video comes down to the wire as I try to make it back to back Top 10 finishes on the Bass Pro Tour. The tournament was held out of Cullman, Alabama.

smithlake is good lake to fish I fished it last summer and it was great I fished a tournament at smithlake and I got 6th place

I agree with the safety first decisions but it can really hurt the anglers that are within striking distance of the next cut....maybe they can figure out a way to finish the previous period the following day before things starting for the next in the future...After all this is a new series and its a work in progress.... and with all the Anglers having a voice I'm sure things will get ironed out so that everything is fair for everyone in the long run

Love watching you fish,I have a question for you.I noticed you weren’t fishing your top water with a feather hook,I live on Oneida and always start out with a feather hook,there’s only been a few time that they wouldn’t touch it with the feather hook,do you discover wether to use one or not during your practices,thanks !

@@BmpFishing I think the chesty footage gives a more pure fishing angle. To me it makes it seem like you are looking at things through the eyes of the angler and less as spectator.
