What I like to do for Manos clothes is have about 5 PRI clothes and get each to DUO, then enhance all hoping that 1 of the DUO goes TRI, and repeat until at least 3 are tri. It feels more successful when you do multiple of the same rank at the same time.
I suggest to enhence pen blue lifeskill clothes, they are better than tet manos cloths (330 vs 300 mastery) but cheaper to get, then you go for pen manos if you can tape it one day :P

enhancing blue lifeskill gear is terrible, if you can buy it, good but never make it
