- When I was visiting Thailand checking out guitars at various music stores, I came across Danes video on RUclips. Dane owns a music store called Zimm's guitars in Mesa, Arizona and I could not wait to get there and check it out.
I was not disappointed. This is a guitar lovers dream store when it comes to a varied amount of products from different vendors, ranging from the USA to China.
NOTE: Dane is a one man operation, so his time is limited. If you prefer to hang out and just gawk and talk, you would probably be better off at Guitar Center. Dane is a busy man and he would prefer sales over endless talk.

I really like Zimms videos but this video right here kinda showed us alot more than you usually see. Thanks and some badass guitars and gear.

Dane and the Zimms team are awesome. I live in the area and have 2 guitars in their video. In total they have done one nack replacement custom fit, pick up swap and 6 setups. I also got the chance to pick up one of the guitars I saw on a video. Selection is great and the best part is supporting a local store own with so much passion for what he does.
No surprise, ZIMM seems like a great guy, I have spoken with him on the phone, definitely hardworking toward his goals!

Dane has a left-handed guitar section. It was right toward the end of the video to the side of the counter.

A great store. I always make an effort to stop in regularly since something interesting always pops up.
Dane will be marking his amps down 40% on Friday. I am definitely going to stop by and see if there’s any hidden gyms there.
I was from Las Vegas and it’s nice to see a shop like this as Vegas no longer have these anymore.

@@rattyguitars yeah I watch his you tube channel all the time, I do believe he will ship a guitar, not sure if he has an online store,but it would be beneficial,he comes across some really cool guitars.

Cool video. I have very fond memories of Lyon by Washburn, my dude. And now I want to go to that store, heh.
I also saw that storage unit video with the owner of the store. That one was cool too.

Had I known of this store when visiting Arizona last year...damn it.
I find it very strange that he never heard of Fernandez guitars. 🤣
My first guitar was an Encore, made in India, back in ‘77. Then my ‘78 Fender Strat and that was it.
But the brands from Asia I never really got into. Then I find out that Fernandez guitars is made in Japan and they called it Fernandez because they were making Mexican guitars.
So many out there. And remember, I am only 95% perfect. Lol.

Yes it is! The signature is on the truss rod cover.
