No the billy joel lyric one was written by both olivia and her producer dan nigro. Why can't we just let them have their privacy, we don't even know their story. Dan nigro also shared some lyrics on Olivia's deja vu so we can't just throw some speculations about Olivia and Joshua's past relationship.
