My Arctic Spa is 20 years old and I run it year round. Still going strong. I have sanded and re-stained if a few times. Still looks good. Had a few issues over the years, had to rebuild a pump and replace the touchpad. Overall, very happy with it.

I have an arctic spa (fox) from original owner and it has developed blisters on the acrylic. Now do you think they will stand behind the lifetime shell warranty. No chance. I am now left with a osmosis seeping shell unable to find someone to repair it. So I would not recommend.

The lifetime warranty you are referring to is for the fiberglass not the acrylic. They acrylic is covered for 5 years. It is not that Arctic will not stand behind the warranty, it is because the warranty has expired. Just about every city has someone that repairs acrylic. It is popular for bathtubs too so it is a common service.

They do not stand by the lifetime warranty. I have a blistered shell that has slowly happened and they will not repair it.
