Amber could be the worst abuser in the world, and Johnny could still potentially lose the case. The trial is about the article only, not about whether Amber is an abuser.
If the jury believes his addiction and tardiness on set caused him to lose his roles, then it won’t matter if Amber was abusing him at all.

Actually, it was ultimately a good thing, that this case dragged on for so long. Let's not forget, that AH and her team tried to hide and suppress a lot of evidence, an ealier trial would lacked this evidence.
Also, this long timeframe helped to cool down a lot of people... giving them a chance to take a thorough look at the facts... and make a judgment without peer pressure.
And lastly, the likelyhood of winning this case was always low... and it was never really about winning the case, but put all the dirty laundry out in the air for every one to see, piece by piece.
I love hearing Camille's kind words describing Ben Chew, "my colleague and friend". There is so much connection between these lawyers.

I hadn't picked up on the bruise that was the basis for her May 27th deal. Was allegedly the result of a blow 5 days earlier. WTH?? I worked in the medical field for decades. A bruise that old would be turning shades of green and yellow from blood being absorbed back into the body. Also a phone is flat, and this area is contoured on the face. So this IS NOT what the injury would look like, if it was the truth. Surprised they went with makeup thing so much, which is how it was created. But how it couldn't be real as well. They had an expert try to make JD's amputation a NOT POSSIBLE with how THAT ACTUALLY happened. But this? HEARD is a MONSTER period and a GOLD DIGGER BIG TIME.

I'm watching this is tears in my eyes. I hope to the gods that this woman is punished for the lies she's told and the damage she has caused. As a survivor of DV myself, I think back to those moments and I am ruined for the day if not longer. The mental anguish that comes with it is terrible and inhibiting. I am sad for Johnny Depp that myself and many others all have something in common. May Forseti and Týr give this man justice and peace. May all of those who have gone through similar experiences reach peace within yourselves. May this woman get the justice and help she needs.

As someone who unfortunately has been a victim of DV, makeup does not cover swelling or bruises. It may tone the bruises down. Also my swollen bruised face was too sore even days after to even want to apply makeup. Not to mention other areas of contact. Let me explain. When you are being punched/hit your putting up your arms defensively . My forearms took impact , and he hit my entire head area repeatedly to where the blood vessels in my eye ruptured and I had a red spot on the white area of my eye. The extent of abuse that she is claiming she endured is a direct insult to real survivors. The fact she took photos of literally everything else but her face doesnt discredit women who cant provide proof. The fact she has private health ins and medical staff able to visit her in home in private is something the majority of us dont have and that is money privacy and priviledge. The reason amber has no proof is because the abuse never happened in the over exaggerated lie she is hoping the world falls for.

Is the fact that men could victims of domestic violence that hard to be accepted there in the US or the UK? I'm from an Asian country, and that is not unusual. I mean, surely the majority of victims are women, but there are men abused by their wives right here in my village. I'm pretty amazed when reading comments like "men can be victims, too". I was like, for real?
It’s known that when there’s a victim of abuse , it’s hard for the victim to come forward.
For many men they feel emasculated and like less of a man, they also feel that that they won’t be believed.
And yes , in the US, the
societal “norm” / outlook is that men are the abusers and women the abused.

If I never heard one word of this trial, and just watched the video, I would conclude two things. The Expressions on Amber herds face reveal an unstable narcissistic arrogant manipulator who goes into victim mode when necessary. The other conclusion is Miss Vasquez is very impressive.

I have so enjoyed atty Ben’s honest responses to AH’s lies. He’s one of the good guys, as are atty Camille and the team.
You can tell her lies by looking at her facial expressions, like her eyes for instance, they get all weird. Also her sarcastic, snarky replies or remarks with her upper lip raised on one side when Camille would accuse her of lying and would fill in more detail than needed in order to convince the jury, but no pictures of evidence. She would have pictures of a bruise on her arm, but says her face was punched in. Using the same photos on different occasions claiming those are legit. There's so many instances of her lying, yet the only backup is a couple of weak witnesses who work for her and her drunk sister. She might have convinced the judge in her divorce case and should have stopped there, but she wanted to ruin J.D along the way and so now everyone knows the real truth. you can tell she has some serious upstairs issues going on and it gets in her way, probably the catalyst of her relationship problems add that to the "everything is about money in her life". She nothing but a pretty face that would throw herself to the money maker 😏 but now she'll be known as the "all washed up Hollywood has been". Let her sister pay the bills for now on.... Oh wait? Under her sisters testimony she says "was I drunk? I'm always drunk 🥴 So I guess that'll never happen.

She admitted to writing the Op-Ed and it was about Johnny on the stand. So all the jury has to determine now is if she wrote in with malicious intent which is hard to prove. Then they have to determine if it caused actual hardships.
