Lol, I have taken both our Air India and Sri Lankan. But I have to honestly say Sri Lankan is better with their food and staff.
India need to start training their people. Sri Lankan staff the way they conduct themselves is very professional.
But Sri Lankan cant compete India as India has lots of money

Certainly, The SL airline staff was polite, rest of the things I would say was pretty average.
And India has the most well trained people and professional staff in the whole world. 🙏 and yes there is no competition since both countries are in very different league.
