Disappointed as usual with LIQUID. The EMEA LCQ winner should have been chosen by M3C or G2. LIQUID are inconsistent and don't have particularly strong tactics. In the end, it all depends on Scream and Janppi's mood. When these two are doing well, they are the best team, and when are not doing well, they are the worst team.
M3C is bad either way and won't even make it this far so no

I was looking forward to a rematch between these two teams after a long time, so this result was a little disappointing. LIQUID really needs to reconsider the cooperation that makes full use of strategy, cover awareness and abilities. LIQUID has been doing the same nonsense for over a year and doesn't seem to have improved much.
Unfortunately that's is true. Liquid does have a good number of players with insane aim but aim is not everything.

@@nicekkntour7664 probably the management needs to change a little bit. New coaches, bring in more analyst or stuff like that. Cuz it's hard to improve more on the roster. Most of them are good enough.
yup it is odd that us casual fans can see it so clearly but they have not adjusted. They are just like nah who needs to strats when we will out aim them? They will continue to fall short until changes are made. They are definitely a top 10 team just not a top 3 team.

I’m pretty sure that most of yall commenting here that Liquid is an average team have peaked in Gold in Competitive. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, this is the hardest tournament with the best teams in the WORLD, FNC are not some random kid from the block

Well this peak golds are right TL depends on their aim only in the most competitive Event
I am not biased and much higher than gold in ranking, and I think liquid played poorly in this particular series, yes you win some and lose some but the inconsistencies that are cashing these loses are still prevalent
TL's whole strat book relies on the raw aim of the players, they are M3C without the fundamentals

I was there. The atmosphere was great. There was a small band of Liquid fans behind Liquid who chanted let's go TL all map long during map 2.
And by small band I mean like 40-50 people. During walkouts ScreaM got, about as much of a reaction as Alfajer
As always liquid chokes again, liquid is an average team with an extreme choke potential. They are just hyped bcz scream is a youtuber/twitch streamer and famous in south Asian-subcontinent.
Also because he was a very good cs pro player so there's that.

TL has to be the most inconsistent and the most painful to watch team in this tournament. One day they're playing so good (and lucky) but the next they're just a bunch of random radiants scrimming against pro teams. SMH

The main reason is the lack of a good IGL. I don't see proper mid round calling or strats. Second, the mistakes. You will see them sometimes not clearing corners, or not pressurizing sites or defenders in a coordinated way. Raw aim wise they are top 3, but it's strats and coordination that make champions
