This is the Dumaguete area….there are more foreigners here(specifically Americans) PER CAPITA than any city in the Philippines. You have to pay to live here. You want 12K…go to Mindanao unless you don’t mind NO AC, or hot water

Food and atmosphere are GREAT! Service is VERY POOR….like Ground Zero shitty service. Honestly, this was the first time I didn’t tip after a meal in the Philippines. I would LOVE to meet the owner. We won’t go back because of the service, and my guess is MANY people won’t. It would take 5 minutes of training to make this a fantastic restaurant…..BUT, it’s going to be subpar until then

I have a two-bedroom two-bath house in a subdivision with a pool and I am paying$200 a month in Talisay cebu.. the house also has a front porch a back porch with a outside kitchen add a covered place to park my car.. I wish you would always show what is outside the back door and also where to park a vehicle when you do the rentals.. I always read the comments before I watch the video and I always watch the video twice because I like them so much..Jenna Lynn is beautiful eye candy and that makes the reruns a lot better..hehe👙😁😎🤗🍺🍻🐊

For me, it’s best to rent and invest that 8 MIL PHP. If done right, you will MORE than pay for your rent and don’t have any “land issues”
