You can modify a Suzuki Vinson 500 right "rear axel tube" and use the on the Eiger, it uses a cailber/ disc brake, the tube it self will bolt right on and has the mount for the cailber,I think the dude had to shorten or make the tube slightly longer I can't remember, but he made it work with foot brake an the hand brake
Throttle RDM your bike set up is pretty sweet! Mine is a 2004 vinson 500. Love the bike just having a reoccurring leak out of the rear left diff seal. Ordered a new seal today hopefully I can install it right this time.
James Milczarski ive seen this happen before its was due to overfilling the diff with fluid. Make sure the fill port bolt is taken out when topping it off.
I wish you could have showed us how you put it in there
So my left wheel came out with the axle. Tube is intact. What holds the axle inside the tube?

I have a 09 king quad. 400 4x4. My axle moves like yours did on the brake side. So when it moves like that its def the bearings?

Throttle RDM I think it is because I didn’t seat the seal properly
Thanks for this
What holds the axle into the diff though?
