Here's This Easy Cheesecake Recipe:
Graham Cracker Crust (You can use store bought, but the homemade is too delicious to pass up!)
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake 10 minutes.
Filling
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
¼ cup cornstarch
1⅔ cups sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
¾ cup whipping cream
3 eggs
Reduce oven to 300°. Beat everything but the eggs. Beat in eggs one at a
time. Pour into crust and bake for 1 hour or until firm. Chill for 3 hours.

Usually a small bowl or pan of water in the bottom oven during baking will keep your cheese cake from cracking.

I leave a small jiggly area in the center when done, turn off oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door cracked open to prevent drastic temp change, and beat the eggs as little as possible, they hold onto air when beaten. I also immerse the pan in a water bath to prevent cracking.
I enjoyed this video! It's amazing how you were able to turn the first cheesecake into an amazingly beautiful dessert by cutting off the top layer and adding the chocolate, caramel and nuts.

I think a crack in a cheesecake is just fine. It just means it's homemade with love! 😍
Looks Delicious. 1st mixing until very creamy will not cause cracking. You should use a water bath method to prevent cracks. In a 9 x 13 pan is what I use, next foil the bottom of the springform pan really good. Boil water in teapot then pour hot water into the 9 x 13 pan. The steam creates moisture to prevent cracks. Have a Blessed Evening 🙌.
After it is finished leave the oven door open a crack and let it cool off in oven and that is supposed to help with cracking. Also a pro tip i picked up years ago is to put wax paper under the edges of your cake on the serving stand before decorating the cake and then when you are done decorating it you cafefully pull the wax paper out and you get a clean edge on your serving stand.

I soften butter and cream cheese by boiling water in a microwave measuring cup. Remove once it boils and place your ingredients to be soften on a plate and just let it sit with the door shut. Keep checking it until it reaches desired softness.

If you put a pan of hot water under the cheesecake while it bakes it will keep it from cracking. Unless you beat it too much. Then nothing will stop it.
Why aren’t you cutting your cheese cake with dental floss? No waste in cutting and can cut into smaller pieces easily. (Use unflavored dental floss.)
It was either over baked, mixed too much or put it in the refrigerator before it was completely. Cheesecake can be finicky
I let mine cool down in the oven with the door opened a few inches.
