Learning English by watching TV!? Eugene never ceases to impress me. He is a talented guy in many ways. The chimney looks great. I would personally go with stone, like on the face of the house. My last choice would be siding, for sure.
Great video, Brad. Hi to everyone😄!!!
Heather🇨🇦
I found out the developer does not allow siding on the chimney so we’re gonna have to do either Stucco or Stone
Stone fire place would look very nice! It will go great with the existing stone.
That is what I’m hoping for
I think stone would look great on the chimney
Yes!
This would be a fun remodeling job for me. I know you and your team will knock it outta the park.
👍😎
We have a big JA Roby Cuisinere wood cookstove we're getting ready to install. Miles from if believe Fireplace Services will do our pipe work as a subcontractor. We're getting some Dutch Quality stone from Fireplace Stone and Patio here in Lincoln. Being a cook stove my hearth floor is essentially 5x8 if it was square, they said it's the largest amount of hearth stones they've needed.
Great video Brad!!! Thanks for taking us along..
Thanks for watching
Stone on the chimney . goes well with stone facade.
I agree!
Wood burning over Gas all day any day💪
Great video Brad, good to see Tom back on your jobs. Been a while since we seen him. I vote for stone in the chimney.
You have expensive taste
Sooooo many things to keep track of. I hope you're writing all of it down ! 🎺🎺
I write it on the wall!
Great video Brad Thank you. Can’t wait to see it finished.
Hopefully real soon🙏
I'm just watching Brad
Oh Behave! 😜
Hey Brad, I keep seeing Eugeno rubbing his knees, can he have some knee pads?
You should get employee of the month Eugeno🌟.
Always nice to see how well the progect is coming along!
And to see you too😊.
JO JO IN VT 💞
I’m sure he has some of those in his van if he can find it??
The way that helped me remember that spanish Brad, Mucho relates to quantity & Muy relates to intensity...
"MUCHO means A lot or Many" and "MUY means Very." You wouldn't say it's "Mucho Caliente" because you're basically saying "It's A Lot of Hot today or it's Many Hot Today." You'd say "Muy Caliente" instead because it means "Very Hot....." So to say "Very Fast," you would say "Muy Rapido" and not "Mucho Rapido," because Mucho Rapido means "Many Fast" and doesn't make much sense unless you recently bumped your head and are watching a race.
I learn more for you than I do from my online Spanish class… Thank you
Awesome video as always Brad 🎉❤
❤️😎
LOL I just did a job ,Guess what. All the doors were changed to frosted glass inserts from solid panels. They love them for the natural light it brings in each room. i think it was 600 a door. plus the labour
Really? We should have traded doors🙆♂️
Great video. Best video is are 40 to 60 mins
So you’re saying I need to talk longer?🤔
@@BradtheBuilder yessir. You learn and get entertained from your videos
Ok
👍
Tom is not nearly as destructive as Eugenio is when he takes things apart. 😏🎺🎺
You noticed that??
Great seeing Tom in the videos. He is so good at his profession….Can’t trade out experience..
Tom is great at his craft! He sure turns on the charm when the camera goes on😲
Pardon my ignorance as am not a framer by trade not sure if anyone can comment on this subject. I am currently in the process of building a wall similar to the one conveyed on time stamp of 3:25 for a shower would I need to waterproof the very bottom lower 2x 4 beam with any waterproof flashing tape ? Any suggestions would be appreciated .
You can reach out to your tile suppliers and they will give you the recommended products to waterproof the shower pans and yes you do need to go up the walls approximately 12 inches
Brad how many square feet is this house
I think it’s 7000 ft.²
Wasn’t this house already painted last video?
We have been painting this house for the last 60 days… still going on
@@BradtheBuilder Mr Bradley never skips on quality!
The short videos ain’t it
