Your review pretty much convinced me to get the gen 1 version. Also got an incredible deal. With layered discounts this weekend got it down to $103 with free 2 day shipping. Coming from the Pegasus 37, this should be a great upgrade. Keep up the great work.
I bought the first ones when they launched and use them only for running. I've put a little over 350 miles in them and they still feel great to run in. The bottom rubber has held up well considering all those miles were from road running. My favorite shoe from Nike currently for logging miles.
more power to Hes for sharing with us this info about the nike zoomx. I bought one and it really feels soft, squishy, & bouncy like you're walking on a soft springy like shoes. It really feels incredible. First time i wore this kind of soft bouncy shoes... it is surely helpful for those who run, walk, & stand all day thing. Highly recommended shoes. Worth it.
My V1 is still one of the most comfortable sneakers I've every tried on. Been telling everyone and anyone about them, and can't quite believe these are so under the radar. My partner could care less about sneakers, but her reaction when she first tried on a pair I got her was priceless. V2? IMHO it's less a technical upgrade then a marketing ploy to get some attention back to the model. Whatever is needed to keep this model going I'm all for it.
About how many miles have you probably put on it? Trying to figure out how much of the squish it loses and the bottom rubber coming off. I just ordered a pair today and I'm hoping they last a while. Thanks for the help!
I wore the original version for over a year I believe for sure a year one colorway and it’s the only shoe I wore because of comfort that it knocked UB off my top comfort list. I wore it moving, walking taking care of my boys. I don’t run so I can’t say but it was my only shoe I wore for a year and the outsole is almost the same a little less rubber but I mean minor change. The midsole is still stupid comfortable. When I wore the 2 I almost felt like it was denser than my original. Could just need break in time but yea durability is off the charts specially since it’s zoomx which isn’t known for that. Just figured I’d lend my experience in case anyone is on the fence. I’d say don’t wait get them 100%. God bless peoples have a great day great vid hes keep it
Had these for almost a month but unfortunately had to send back to Nike (their return policy is great). The shoe was too squishy and unstable along with a 9mm heel to toe drop that I believe it caused me to over compensate when I walked which resulted in hip pain. Also lack of breathability. Toe box had plenty of room for wide feet and tongue wasn’t sewn like ultra boost.

I bought the New Balance 1080 v12’s after watching one of your videos. Curious to see how they compare to the Invincible Run. But those new Fuel Cell New Balance’s look amazing. Just too high of a price right now
I wear version 1 at work in the ER and I can say they've been the best shoes I've tried, even better than the Pegasus Turbo's (which I loved) and I've been thinking about getting the version 2 but V1 has much better colorways
I returned my invincibles 2. The midsole is great, but the upper is thick and hot! My feet got so sweaty real quick. I couldn’t feel any airflow through the uppers. So bummed.
Amazingly comfortable shoe, makes it very hard to go back to Jordan 1s: I feel as if I am making a huge sacrifice for style when I put them on. But I still can't work out why Nike persisted with the external heel padding on the collar: totally useless for comfort, adds cost and especially unnecessary weight. Weird design choice to what is otherwise an amazing shoe.
Great video! I just ordered the 2nd version from the Nike store and got them brand new for 93 bucks on an awesome deal they were having for cyber Monday. Can’t wait till I can try them out!
Comfy shoes (the first version) but they fell apart like no other in only 4 months on me the zoom x was literally falling off in chunks and I only where them to work as a nurse was disappointed for 180 bucks
i live a couple minutes away from a nike outlet and i always check it out whenever i could and i saw the invincible 1s on sale and i paid 75 dollars for them and in my opinion, it’s worth every penny. the most comfortable shoes i’ve ever owned and i’ve owned a lot of pairs. they instantly became my everyday-ers. and it doesn’t look bad either. got the oreo color way so it goes with anything and everything. highly recommend these shoes especially if you see them for sale.
Just got the 2nd one in black and white for $102 at the Nike outlets after a price match to the Nike app and friends and family discount , super excited !
Glad Hes and I agreed on this. The first Runs to me are better. I have a few pairs of the 1st ones and had a few pairs of the second versions and had to return three of the second versions back due to the red colorway looking pink in person and the sun club colorway jabbing me in my right ankle with two different sizes I felt the same pain. I did end up keeping the white colorway of the second version due to it being fine on me but in a nutshell the 1st versions are better and my favorite shoe for comfort. This message will self destruct in 30 seconds after reading hahaha
Sorry from the UK so couldn’t buy through your link, but I owe you a thanks for your review. I have an old army injury which means I go over on one ankle really easily causing more damage, so I was looking for a shoe with extra width on the heel, and a soft outsole to cushion any uneven surface and give me time to adjust before I sprain my ankle again. Super comfortable and thanks to you I feel a lot safer on uneven surfaces, Thanks 👍
I picked up a pair of IR2’s based on your recommendation of soft/squishy sneakers and they are by far my favorite. I’ve got maybe 8 pairs of sneakers and outside of the NB 1080V12’s which are a close second, nothing else compares as far as on feet feel. With these and with most Nike I have to size up from a 12 to 12.5. I think my next sneaker will either be the Hoka Bondi 8 which feel amazing on feet or a NB FeulCell SuperComp Trainer. Shoutout to the wide door gang!
Skip the Bondi 8 if you have a wide arch. I bought wide and the toe-box was stellar but the arch was so skinny it duh into my mid foot....I’ve learned after trying a lot of these shoes that NB are softest, best.
@@kamsim1 depends on what you like honestly. If you are just looking for the max cushion then I’d say go with IR2. If you want something that is well cushioned but also has some firmness to it then the V12 is a great option.
Bought v1 when they came out, no other shoe feels like these for sure!
