- TotalEnergies CEO Patrick Pouyanné says Europe will have enough gas this winter and the Nord Stream pipeline destruction hasn't hurt supply in Europe much. Speaking on "Bloomberg Triple Take," Pouyanné also says that Europe must consider a future without Russian gas.
Has this French guy any clue how energy prices are affecting companies in Germany, Italy, Austria???? He is only dreaming of TotalEnergies profits. Such a clown.

I have no sympathy for Europe on this matter. They chose to have a energy crisis and don't deserve a bail out.

France has TONS of reserves (at the absolute maximum) and nuclear plants back on track. Germany delaying closing of a plant and reopened coal plants. zero problem, oil is high just because of speculation, if winter is just a bit milder than expected u might see oil tank like crazy just like in 2020.. or at least around 20 bucks
@@dnap1991 the fuel is used for industry. Not just heating. The german economy especially but europe as a whole has been deindustrializing and now theres no coming back from this cus the cia blew up the pipelines

Actually, the continent has native oil and gas deposits that are adequate to the EU needs. What makes it out of reach is the political aversion to employing fracking that is the technology necessary to get it out of the ground. Can't feel sorry for the EU since it creates its own problems. The EU has what it needs to solve its own problems.

Silly guy , avarage and big manufacturers need huge systematic gas supply ,those supplies were connected with special piping system to Russian European infrastructure. You can't bring gas by ship and put in pipe and transpassc to infrastructure,it will end up in 10 days .
