Tiramisu - Easy and Delicious Recipe with Homemade Lady Fingers

Here are the ingredients:
Lady fingers
1 egg
5g (~1/2 tbsp) sugar for yolk
15g (1 1/5 tbsp) sugar for white
Tiramisu cream
1 egg yolk
25g (2 tbsp) sugar
150g (2/3 cup) mascarpone cheese
100g (1/2 cup) whipping cream
Some dark coffee
(Optional: a splash of rum)
