This is called Integer overflow. Basically it means that the attack and defense values of those cards are saved in the format of a 32 bit integer, which, as soon as it reaches 2147483648 returns to 0. This happens because the way the number is saved employs binary numbers, which displays the number as a row of 1s and 0s. In this case, the number 2147483647 is a row of 32 1s. Now, if you tried to increase this number, as it is supposed to happen you turn all 1s into 0s and add a 1 as the 33rd number. But because the integer only has 32 bit available it is unable to display the 32th digit and returns to 0. Edit: Or, in this case, since this is most likely a signed integer it returns a negative number as the attack/Defense value, which means that as soon as the number 2147483648 appears it flips signs and becomes -2147483647, but since negative attack or defense values are probably something that the developer didnt intend they added a failsafe so that any negative number becomes 0 instead.

Integers are very very common on video games, starting from the 8 bit integer that overflows at 256, or higher integers like 16 bit, overflowing at 65k something...i dont have the number in my head. There are also numbers called marked integers, who instead of flowing over to zero flow over into the negative instead.

And then there’s just Aura from Arc-V because this guy just really wanted someone to talk about Reverse Reuse, a card that was mentioned exactly once in the show and was used that time, never even having a major impact on the duel, best part is she says the name so carelessly. “I activate a trap card! Reverse Reuse...”

It won't work. Critias is being attacked not attacking. Critias has to attack in order for draining shield to activate. The trap loop just forces your monsters to attack into critias during the opponent's battle phase. The only way to out this would be with enemy controller
Jaden uses old-school Elemental HEROs, his formula is pretty easy to figure out. it sucks that the strongest ATK monster he has in his starter deck is Burstinatrix, 1200 ATK is barely over what some Lvl 10 duelists can bring, making it *really* hard to bring out Flame Wingman even at the best of times

2.1bil is the max value for 4 bytes hex, in order to get higher, the program needs to be changed into a 8 bytes hex storage.
