@@Joe11Blue yes, throws are legals. If you look for Bianca badillo, fion davies, Marcus buchecha or rodolfo vieira you'll see throws, and they are from bjj
@@GrapplerKingdom only takedown forbidden are kani basami and any takedown that drives the opponent directly on his head, like a suplex. Uchi mata is legal.
Honestly, I didn't really paid a close attention to the throw, just put the coolest looking clip I found. It's hard to distinguish these two techniques, I think it's a variation (non-oficially) called Koshi Uchi Mata, which is almost identical to Hane Goshi. When you watch most of Uchi Mata demonstrations (especially by Japanese) you see this Koshi variation (some examples: ruclips.net/video/IMx4DRj2-LI/видео.html, ruclips.net/video/dAkTChZi7WA/видео.html), but in competition you rarely see it done this way. Honestly, I don't think I am qualified enough to answer this question without some additional research.
Grappler Kingdom Thank you for having the integrity to admit when you don’t know something. It’s far too common for people to just fill in knowledge gaps with speculation so they can sound like an authority.
This was a treat! Throwing top players, consistently, with high flying uchi mata's, what a great Judoka.
Truly a thing of beauty...Uchi Mata is just a great throw.

I thought about this one for a while, it is highly likely that I'll make it at some point in future.
Wish it were legal in IBJJF
Did I miss something, since when can't you throw opponent in BJJ competition? Is this some new rule?
@@GrapplerKingdom as far as I am aware strict throws are not legal.

Yeah i think so. Hane is knee facing out and uchi is knee facing forward. Great video compilation all the same.
Is the song non copyrighted???
As far as I know it isn't.
Err... I would choose to fall rather than my ball kicked....
