I'm afraid I just can't use your wings while you continue to use a straight strut with no angling of the handles for ergonomics. This lack of ergonomic handle angling leads to tennis elbow or tendonitis - the same reason I can't use boom wings either. I'm not the only winger with this problem. I like the product it's just going to take me off the water if I use it trying to recover. Please consider better handle ergonomics and alignment of wrists to the handle in future wing designs.
I'm not affiliated with North in fact I'm a team rider for another brand but from my experience design of the handles have nothing to do with it. I've got tennis elbow by using my previous sponsor's new 2024 wings with S shape strut and angled carbon handles but I was chasing 30knots of speed after a long illness when I lost my fitness and overdone it. It's one of the most frustrating problems in sport, not just wingfoiling but the general rule is to exercise and be fit for the sport you do.
@@dengordo this may be the case for you, sadly not for me. I have long since proven that booms or straight strut wings give me tendon issues. I get to test and review lots of wings - always when I test the boom or straight strut wings with no angling in the handles is when the issues arise. It's why I use the Unit 2024 for my current wing quiver - much less issues with tendons.
@@ashleydavis614 if you try a Takoon VX wing with angled handles you'll see that it l is not the case. Duotone Unit especially Dlab is very gentle for hands and doesn't pull your arms as much, that's what I'm using now too.
All of my four (4) Mode & Mode Pro have a stitching problems on the leading edge. I hope they fixed it for the 2025 models.
