I just loved your podcast today. It has so many important ways to get excellent quilts. It seems everything today is about fast and easy and then they wonder why their HST blocks are wonky. I’ve been quilting for 50 years and have always pressed my seams open which makes a perfect quilt. Hopefully some newer quilters will enjoy your helpful hints. Thank you.
Shar, really enjoyed the video. I use to watch your show on PBS, oh about 30 years ago. My oldest just turned 32 and I know I watched your show when she was a baby. My how time flies. I have most of your template sets. My first one was the double wedding ring and I also purchased the add on to the double wedding ring. Hope you are well. I'm glad I can see you on youtube now.
I enjoy your teaching style and the step by step way you go. Have you considered doing a class on Craftsy? I would be willing to take one and would love to see a new project from you.
don't know why they change things when you find something you like but guess could make our own dividers which I hadn't thought of but since I seen your I may try it. But wull keep looking around
love your video and all of them but really interested in the Art Bin with dividers you showed. Could you tell me where you got it and the exact name and side cause I tried to search but didn't see them with the sheets of dividers in them, Thanks for any help
I have to laugh about your border fabric...I recently saw a flannel fabric for the back of a quilt and then I struggled to find a matching color pallet for the front...I ended up buying enough fabric for 2 quilts simply because I liked some flannel....I think we all struggle to make our quilts perfect when the perfect quilts are the imperfect ones
I can find the 12" x 12" Art Bins on the internet but they don't have the dividers anymore. If you find them let me know. www.artbin.com 1 800 232 3474
I love Civil War reproduction fabrics. All your quilts shown are really beautiful. Thank you.
