Something’s that not talked about enough is your gk stats only contribute 50% as for the other 50%, you’ll also have to defend well with your full backs and center backs. Remember your gks can only save “bad” shots and your defenders plays a crucial role in closing the space that the opponents strikers can have to make a “good” shot

@@user12993 yes bro scripting is a massive problem . Plus there are certain skill moves which are almost impossible to defend if used in proper timing like haaland heel to heel which is like a cheat code and many people abuse it in h2h!

I had a similar issue with centurions Joe hart gk . He was a trash in the beginning. I even changed him with Vicario base card and he was performing better than hart. But eventually I kept hart as my gk itself and I see him performing well over time. Now I have max rated him and he is a wall now .
You need to defend well too, no matter how good your Gk is, because he isn't gonna save everything
He has been nerfed I had him but he is performing very bad. I am now having maignon at 25 and he is good but like previously said it's about your defence not letting shots in at goal so a good cheaper goalie is donarama but best is Kobel if you want to upgrade team overall then new 100 van Der sar be greatest

Maignan was also free did he get nerfed this 97 van der sar far better than 99 maignan and when gks are launched they doesn't perform well after few days they get buffed, did free r9 get nerfed and 93 gullit still cooking doesn't mean free cards get nerfed in every game my r9 is scoring at least 2 goals

I got 100 rated vds from gems pack and he is not good at all. I played few vds and he was not able to save many shots. He is not good as compared to the toty version was when it got released.
