For those requesting, I did a "setup video" with links to the code as it exists today: ruclips.net/video/XEjdrgU8CAQ/видео.html
Super cool project
Great idea...! Looks amazing...!
Thanks appreciate the comment!
I would consider buying something like this if it was about 150 dollars, even without the Windows and its functions. My eyesight is getting bad as I get older and I love the extra wide but small screen. Cool project
Thanks for the comment!
very cool!!
Thats awesome, upload those files! 😀
Like it! 👍
foobar has been out going on 12 years
how was this missed by others
What a cool virtual cassette player, question: the touch screen: which brand and type of screen is that in your You Tube video? it's a really cool thing.
Thanks! Touch screen is wisecoco "12.6 Inch Secondary Screen" Amazon number is B0BRZ2GXZT
the buttons need work. But this looks very good already
Are you willing to share the software of what you've done, or perhaps ask for a reasonable fee in order to get it? I'd really love to build this, but I'm a hardware geek. Programming just isn't my thing. Beautiful work, whatever your decision.
Thanks! Right now I am testing to see how well it works, but yes I'd be willing to share the code at some point in the next few months.
@@ACBMemphis Also perhaps a small tutorial on how to install everything. Pretty familiar with FB2000 and probably be making my own interface changes.
X86 on Volumio with Peppymeter? Could be a short cut I run 2 units on fanless mini pc fir going 2 years
Yes, definitely Volumio is a great product and would be simpler for most than creating a custom solution... Last time I upgraded Volumio, it removed my touch display plug in due to their new account requirement, so decided to try something else. Thanks for the comment!
@@ACBMemphisIf the driver HID , like a mouse it works on the x86 version. 12 volt is a sweet spot to control ripple noise the opportunity for a true Audiophile device is available.
Any links to the hardware?
Sure! Here's a link to the monitor:
a.co/d/gt15ri8
For the Mini PC, I would just search amazon for "Beelink mini PC windows 11" there are a ton of options, deals, and variations depending on your disk space needs.
@@ACBMemphis Looking forward for a tutorial on the software side and also would like to be able to send audio to the AVR via wifi, On the hardware side, I want to mount the mini PC on the back of the monitor so only the power cable is coming in.
If it actually mimicked the sounds of say HX pro, or noise reduction on/off, or the sound profiles of the different tape types you would really have something.
It would definitely possible for someone with knowledge to process audio "on the fly" with the JavaScript Web audio API - thanks for the comment!
The left panel should be equal in height to the center and right panels.
