Great information, thank you for sharing. I started following your channel since 2 weeks. My 2 cents to the community is to keep checking your credit report and see what is hurting your credit the most. We have a credit card we could have paid it off a year ago but prioritized other needs. After checking my credit score this week, shocked to see how much impact it had on my credit score. Paid it off within 10 mins. Now my credit score went up 48 points.
Since finding VannTastic videos, my CC debt will be zero in 30 days.
Yet, I still watch Christy's new videos.
Now, once the initial numbers are on the screen, I stop the video and work the numbers.
Good fun.

I’m currently using the automated system to pay down my debt. I have one card at 18% interest that I will able to pay off in about 9 months, plus student loans. I also have an old 401k that is just sitting. Would it be beneficial to take a loan from the 401k to pay off the card then pay myself back since the interest would be lower than 18% on the 401k loan? I need an emergency loan. I applied to every sight feels like.. at this point I’m just giving all of these loan sights my information. I’m not getting the funds. What do I do? They send me to another lender sight. Asking all these questions, just to send me to another page. Or site.

Been doing credit repair for 24 years and been theough the good and bad with it. The problem that comes into play revolves around how the bureaus and furnishers violate consumer's rights. Most of the time, consumers give up before seeing the results because they want immediate results. The truth is people get credit repair confused. The laws based around it are focused on reporting accurate information. If the info being reported is inaccurate and we get the bureaus or furnishers to report the account accurately, the account has been repaired. The sad part is a lot of the times people give up before items are fixed or removed from the credit report.
Problem is it shouldn't take a year or more to "verify" inaccurate information. Had bad experience. Wasted so much money. They didn't help
My wife is ready to roll all our debt into the mortgage because debt to income is too high for a HELOC (would be around 18%). Is this a terrible idea? Thoughts?

Just to clarify here.... When putting your income back into the credit line, is that including the "cash flow"? Or do you leave your cash flow out?
One question that I have not really seen answered in the comments and maybe I missed it in a video somewhere but… please provide a list of banks that do a PLOC. None of the banks around me do! They offer HELOC’s but not revolving personal lines of credit.
You will need to look at credit unions/banks in your area.
Does this work if I have to take money out of my line if credit literaly a day after I put money in ?
Ex i get paid and put my cheque in the LOC but the next day I need to pay rent which is exactly the same amount that my cheque was and so I take it out
From what I've seen from her previous vids, the deposit of that check satisfies the monthly payment, then the other deposits are pushing you ahead.
I want to get a LOC through my credit union that i have a land loan with that wife and i want to pay off quickly so we can build without having to roll over what we owe on land into land to perm construction loan. 6% fixed, We owe 67k, bought it at 125k, its worth avg 140k right now. 785 credit score, no CC debt, no car payments, no mortgage, just rent, my usbank that i check with is not looking like they want to offer a personal LOC, not much in it for them, my high limit american express only offers a business LOC, havent asked my CU i have the loan with for personal LOC options yet, should i see if i can get a heloc on my land to start paying down and knocking off that corrupt amortization interest?, we threw 20k at loan 6 months ago to help with that a little. Or go with a PLOC, pretty sure rate will be ok with my credit score. What do you think about using same credit union to get a LOC to pay back their loan quicker? I have a mortgage through my credit union and today I just went to that exact same credit union and got a personal line of credit and I told them what I was going to do with it The lady tried to talk me out of it saying that the interest rate was going to be way higher and I was going to be paying more and I said no just give me what I want they did it so here I am getting ready to write my $10,000 check on my mortgage so yeah try your credit union they might give you a lower interest rate than a regular bank would
