We can motivate those that want to change their behavior. But they must want to change.

I got fired for my medical choice and religious beliefs too so...
I was fired literally 2 minutes before my husband was wheeled back for emergency surgery about 7 yrs ago.
And since it happened to you, it's ok for it to happen to others? I see that logic.
